We are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor products.Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.

To request a return, please contact us within 48hours of delivery by emailing

ckroverland@gmail.com with :

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Clemens made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchange for:

  • Change of Mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Products that have been used, assembled,burned,or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence,or accidents
  • Products without original packaging and accessories
  • Normal wear, scratches,discoloration,or seasoning of carbon steel after use

 

Return Approval

All return requests are reviewed by our support team.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Products sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payments method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Any applicable payment gateway charges or deductions permitted by law may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We replace products only when they are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake(wrong item, damaged,or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns , the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this  return & Refund Policy.
